By accessing the Soundbox website or, once available, downloading or using the Soundbox mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or application.
2. Description of Service
Soundbox is an utility tool designed for merchants and shopkeepers that converts push notification alerts from third-party payment apps into audible voice announcements on Android devices or connected Bluetooth speakers.
3. Pricing & Billing
Soundbox is preparing for launch. Planned pricing is ₹99 per month for Basic and ₹199 per month for Pro, subject to final availability. Subscription terms, billing details, and cancellation options will be presented before a merchant subscribes.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their mobile device remains powered on, connected to internet/cellular network, and configured to receive push notification alerts from their respective UPI payment applications.
5. Limitation of Liability
Soundbox acts strictly as a notification reader and is not a payment gateway or banking institution. Soundbox is not responsible for delayed push notifications caused by telecom network disruptions or third-party bank server outages.
