1. Information We Collect

Soundbox ("we", "our", or "us") respects the privacy of shopkeepers and merchants. The Soundbox application is designed to operate with minimal data collection. To provide instant payment voice alerts, the app requests Notification Listener Permission on your Android smartphone.

The app locally filters incoming push notifications from supported payment providers (e.g. Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, BharatPe) solely to extract the transaction amount and payment status for voice synthesis.

2. Data Security & Storage

Soundbox NEVER collects, stores, or transmits your UPI PINs, passwords, bank account numbers, or financial credentials. All notification processing occurs 100% locally on your mobile device.

3. Third-Party Services

Soundbox is independent and is not affiliated directly with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or BharatPe. Logos and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners used solely for compatibility identification.

4. Merchant Pricing & Subscription

Soundbox is currently preparing for launch. Any future subscription options, pricing, and payment processing details will be clearly shown before a merchant is charged.
